Over the past 5 years, I’ve found a love and passion for fitness, nutrition, and living a healthier, more well-balanced life. This lifestyle has led me to acquire my NASM personal training certification and as a trainer, one of my goals is to share my passion and make fitness and nutrition easily accessible to everyone. In the works is an 8-week strength training program featuring challenging dynamic workouts designed to help you to burn fat and build lean muscle. I hope to be launching this program in the next couple of months, but in the meantime, I’d still love the opportunity to work with you one-on-one.

My personalized one-on-one training program allows me the opportunity to work with you, whether you’re in my zip code or not! For $100/month, you’ll receive:
- An initial consultation to discuss goals, lifestyle, history, etc.
- A personalized training program including strength, cardio, & stretching
- Weekly check-ins via email
- Preliminary nutrition advice
- 24/7 email communication

I used to be kind of a gym rat but when I hurt my lower back, I pretty much gave up working out. I put on 50 pounds and only recently realized how depressed and lethargic I had become because of it. I knew I needed some help!

It’s been such a relief to work with her since she has had injuries too and knows how to balance the idea of pushing yourself without re-injuring yourself. She has been sensitive and empowering when I need to adjust an exercise because of my back issues and always has an alternative option readily available. Brittany is rad. She is funny and really know her stuff! I came in as a total amateur and she took me through everything step by step. Willing to work with all levels and even switched from weights to resistance band training when I told her I couldn’t afford the weights I needed to train at home. She is incredibly encouraging as well.

Brittany is great! After just a few sessions she’s been able to tailor training to my needs and fitness level, and also my pace of life.
